Maranatha Homes is a three story, 63-unit seniors’ apartment building located in south Burlington.

The Homes was founded in 1977 under the name "Hamilton District Christian Senior Citizens Home Incorporated" with the purpose of providing affordable housing for Christian Seniors.

While we welcome seniors from all walks of live to our wonderful community, it is our mission to provide quality accommodations for seniors with medium or low incomes and assets, in a distinctly Christian setting.

Maranatha Homes is ideally located close to shopping centers, Burlington Central Public Library, the Burlington Senior’s Center, churches, grocery stores and many other amenities. Recent upgrades include our beautiful Community Room which includes a games room and library, the lounge, the landscaped grounds, renovated units and refreshed corridors. The Homes’ unique community and reasonable rent rates make it an attractive and affordable accommodation for seniors.
