ABOUT MARANATHA

Maranatha Homes is a three story, 63-unit seniors’ apartment building located in south Burlington, near the lake.

Maranatha Homes was founded in 1977 with the purpose of providing affordable housing for Christian Seniors. While we welcome seniors from all walks of live to our wonderful community, it is our mission to provide quality accommodations for seniors with low and moderate incomes, in a distinctly Christian setting.

Rent includes heat, hydro, phone, cable and internet. All units have one bedroom and include a kitchen, living/dining room area, bathroom and sizable storage closet. Each unit also features a large balcony or patio. Indoor or outdoor parking is available at an additional cost. Laundry facilities are located on the main floor.
