Maranatha Homes is a three story, 63-unit seniors’ apartment building located in south Burlington, near the lake.

The Homes was founded in 1977 under the name "Hamilton District Christian Senior Citizens Home Incorporated" with the purpose of providing affordable housing for Christian Seniors.

While we welcome seniors from all walks of live to our wonderful community, it is our mission to provide quality accommodations for seniors with low incomes and assets, in a distinctly Christian setting.

Ideally located close to shopping centers, Burlington Central Public Library, the Burlington Senior’s Center, churches, grocery stores and many other amenities. Recent upgrades to our beautiful renovated Community Room; which includes a games room, library and lounge, also the attractive landscaped grounds, renovated units and refreshed corridors. The Homes’ award winning architectural design, combined with its reasonable rent rates make it an attractive and affordable accommodation for seniors.

Rent includes hydro, heat, AC, cable TV, internet, phone and complimentary laundry facilities. All units are one bedroom and include a kitchen, living/dining room area, bathroom and sizable storage closet. Each unit also features a large balcony or patio. Indoor or outdoor parking is available at an additional cost.
